TM Tower to take center stage on Valencia CF’s jersey front against FC Barcelona and Athletic Club

The new flagship project by TM Grupo Inmobiliario in Benidorm will be the tallest residential building in Europe

Valencia CF players will wear a special jersey in their next two LALIGA EA SPORTSmatches.

Against FC Barcelona and Athletic Club, TM Grupo Inmobiliario will give prominence to its new landmark project, TM Tower, replacing its usual logo as the Club’s Main Global Partner.

The building, which will be officially unveiled on September 18 in Benidorm, will rise 64 floors and 230 meters high, making it the tallest residential project in Europe—a new architectural milestone in Benidorm’s skyline and one of the company’s most iconic symbols.

Thanks to this special activation in collaboration with Valencia CF, TM Tower will reach millions of viewers worldwide during the next two LALIGA EA SPORTS matchdays through this exclusive matchday jersey.

In addition, to mark the launch, TM Grupo Inmobiliario and Valencia CF will run asocial media giveaway for fans: two tickets to attend Valencia CF – Athletic Club at Mestalla, plus the chance to take part in a halftime activity with aspecial prize.

A UNIQUE RESIDENTIAL PROJECT IN THE MEDITERRANEAN
TM Grupo Inmobiliario will build 260 homes in TM Tower, ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, located just 50 meters from Benidorm’s Poniente Beach, offering a unique lifestyle by the sea.

The building will feature communal areas with heated pools, a sports zone, gym, cinema room, and a sky bar on the 63rd floor, which will also house an astronomical observatory in collaboration with the Jesús Carnicer Didactic and Interactive Museum of Science (MUDIC).

The tallest residential building in Europe will have a high-rigidity reinforced concrete structure, designed to ensure comfort even in strong winds. In fact, the project successfully passed a wind tunnel test at the “Ignacio Da Riva” University Institute of the Polytechnic University of Madrid.

Housing delivery is scheduled to begin in the second half of 2028. TM Tower will also include a vertical mobility system adapted to high-rise living: 7 next-generation elevators with speeds of up to 6 meters per second, well above the residential average.
